HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Any holiday gift you purchase now until December 21st, 2018 at 9:00am PST can be returned for a refund of the purchase price until January 31st, 2019. Restrictions may apply.


30 DAY FREE RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return items free of charge within 30 days of original purchase.
To qualify for a merchandise refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition in original packaging.

Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved in our system.

Note: We do not offer exchanges at this time.


RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a purchase, please follow the these instructions:

  1. Please contact customer service at store@ca.shop.elementskateboards.com or dial (888) 844-0703 to obtain your prepaid ups return label
  2. Provide the order number, reason and items you would like to return.
  3. Customer Service will email you a free pre-paid UPS return label
  4. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Ensure that return includes merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials, and affix return label to your return.
  5. Drop your return package off at any UPS shipping location.

GUEST CHECKOUT RETURN PROCESS

For orders purchased through guest checkout, you will need to email our customers service team at store@ca.shop.elementskateboards.com to obtain a free return shipping label, then follow steps 4 and 5 above. Please include your order number in your email.


GWP "Gift With Purchase" Details:

GWP - The Gift is with a Purchased item. If you return the purchased item, the cost of the Gift will be deducted from the item returned unless both items are returned together.
